Digital Products

Because templates, digital files, downloadable assets, and similar products are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are generally considered final once access or delivery has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Website & Design Services

Payments for custom website design, branding, graphics, or development services cover the time, planning, design work, and resources used for your project.

Refunds may not be available once work has already started, drafts have been created, or project time has been used.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund eligibility will depend on the project status, completed work, and any costs already incurred.

To request a refund review, email us at support@siteloom.pro with your name, order details, and reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
